The night staff seemed a little cold! communication felt short over the intercom. i asked for a power adapter. I seemed like i was bothering them. the bed was comfortable but the pillows were cheap, just two small square ones. more pillows would have been much better. the room wasn't very clean. There was dust and hair in the bathroom

the location was superb, close to the center, but the area remained quiet. the breakfast had a good variety of foods available. i appreciated the spacious room i was given.

i liked that it's away from the main tourist area but still very accessible. a short walk and you're right in the heart of things. the room was super clean and had a nice view of the canal. the staff were helpful too, always ready to assist with directions or recommendations.

i thought the pillow provided were not very comfortable. it would be better to have some more luxurious pillows to improve the overall comfort for a good night sleep.

staff were so nice and helpful with check-in and check-out. the location was perfect, a short walk to the center area. the decor had a quirky nature and i like the attention to detail.

The gym had no free weights. I only had access to bike machine, rowing machine, yoga, light dumbbells, and cross walk for my exercises.
